At Leenie Recycles, I know the recycling struggle is real.  My service was born right here in Sandy Springs out of a deep understanding of what's missing in the current curbside system.  I'm led by local expertise - as the Executive Director of Keep North Fulton Beautiful (KNFB), I've seen firsthand how much valuable material our community struggles to recycle.  So I'm leveraging that professional insight to solve the recycling gap right here in our neighborhood.

• Material Guarantee:  I accept the items your hauler doesn't, like glass, electronics, plastic bags, and scrap metal.  I guarantee that these tricky items are properly diverted and not sent to the landfill.

• Local, Expert Processing:  All collected materials are routed through Keep North Fulton Beautiful.  You are ensuring your waste is handled by local experts who care about our community, not massive, for-profit sorting facilities.

• Unmatched Convenience:  I combine specialized materials with common ones (cardboard, cans) into one easy weekly pickup.  You eliminate the need for separate trips and confusing rules.

• Zero-Waste Alignment:  I help simplify your life while honoring your commitment to less waste, starting with my policy of using upcycled containers and cardboard boxes as Leenie Recycles' Official Container.

How It Works: Specialized Recycling Pickup

This service is focused on collecting materials most standard curbside haulers reject, and I pick up common recyclables for your ultimate convenience:

Sorting & Containers: My Zero-Waste Policy

My zero-waste policy means minimizing the purchase of new bins.  I cannot pick up items in your trash hauler's rolling curbside carts.

• The Official Container:  The official Leenie Recycles container is the cardboard box you already have bound for recycling!  This includes Amazon boxes and any other sturdy shipping box or sturdy paper bag.

• Need a Box?  If you don't have any shipping boxes around to start with, I am happy to provide you with one or two clean, upcycled boxes for your initial pickups.

• Other Containers:  Feel free to repurpose old plastic storage totes or even laundry baskets for your recyclables.  I will simply take the contents and leave your container clean and ready for the next pickup!
